Chad Richardson

I co-founded MVP Disc Sports with my brother, Brad Richardson, in 2010. Since then, we have grown our organization to nearly 100 employees and over 100 Team MVP members, with our headquarters expanding to over 122,500 square feet.

As a disc golfer at heart and a manufacturing engineer by profession, combining my love for disc golf with the technical challenges of advanced manufacturing has been one of the most rewarding endeavors of my life.

Our mission is to be The Leading Edge™ in all aspects of disc golf including innovation in manufacturing processes, distribution, customer satisfaction, and marketing. The end goal of our efforts is to push disc golf forward with unmatched products and service in the industry.

The entire team at MVP Disc Sports comprises of the most motivated individuals in our sport. I cannot thank them enough for their dedication to our mission.
