• As Commissioner in 1993-4, provided critical leadership during a period of internal strife resulting in unification of the Board. Membership and tournament participation increased by 15% per year.
• As Regional Director ensured good communication from the Head Office to the players and vice versa
• In current role work with the Board to set policy and standards for equipment and competition play and develop strategies for growth of the sport. Also responsible for alignment of the PDGA with PDGA Europe, the Disc Golf Foundation and the Women’s Committee.
