Vernon Manning

I first learned and tried Disc Golf in 2006 after seeing my friends do it. I quickly learned it’s not as easy to put a Disc in a basket!l LOL! I spend the next few years on and off learning how to play. I started playing competitively in 2015 with one of those tournaments being a MVP Circuit Event. Didn’t really understand the GYRO Discs at the time plus I was throwing another brand at the time…But since i made the switch to MVP, there was no turning back! From the different styles and colors, amzing discs, to my first Gyropalooza experience as well as the wonderful team members and staff that I have met over the years, I knew in my heart this is where I wanted to be!!

I am mostly known for my unlimited energy that I have for this sport and everyone in it! All Genders, Races, Ages. I look to continue that energy for my teammates and our Staff and any and everyone I come across in this journey!! If you are a fan of the sport, if I’m at one of your tournaments or events, expect that Big Vern Energy!! And if I’m at a tournament with one or more of my Teammates, expect that same energy to get you going or to keep you Goin!!!! I Look forward to meeting you and I’ll see you out on the course!!!
